How it works

STEP 1 - Make sure your pet is eligible

Your pet must be microchipped and have a valid rabies vaccination. Depending on the specifics, further requirements may also have to be met. Please see the FAQs and Before You Book page.

Please note that a minimum of 7 days notice is required for booking.

STEP 2 - Send your information using the certificate request form on the contact page

You must be very careful to follow the guidance to ensure your pet meets all the requirements for their certificate. Please always check your spam folder and ensure that you have used the correct email address before re-sending your application.

STEP 3 - Submit your supporting documents via email.

Follow the guidance. To prevent any processing delays, please ensure the necessary supporting documents are received as soon as possible following the submission of your contact form. To help ensure your documents are correctly matched with your submitted form, kindly include your full name and the traveling pet's name and species in the email's subject line.

STEP 4 - Confirmation

Once all the information has been received and verified, your application will be approved and I will send you a secure payment link. Once payment is received, your certificate and appointment are confirmed.

STEP 5 - Preparation

Your pet's certificate will be prepared and will be ready for the confirmed collection date. Please remember that AHCs are only valid for the outgoing journey for a maximum of 10 days from the collection date.

STEP 6 - Collect and travel

At your collection appointment, your pet's microchip will be scanned and checked against the documents, and you will sign the relevant section of the certificate.

The collection point is conveniently located less than 10 minutes drive from the M20 and the M2.

This service is collection only. It is forbidden to post or email certificates.

Additional pets per AHC** £25 each

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

*If I have provided you with an AHC in the past and you require another, given ALL the information remains the same i.e. the pet/s, the owner, the address, the vaccinations, the destination/country of entry in to the EU, etc, you will be eligible for this discounted service)
